Affidavit of Celeste Varo

I, Celeste Varo, corporate services director, state as follows:

1. I am a director of Mistral Harbor Holdings Ltd (“Mistral”), the registered owner and contracting entity for the motor yacht Bellwether, IMO 9817426, formerly known during construction as Project Nightjar, yard HV-117.

2. Mistral is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurelian Leisure Ventures S.A.. Its shares are ultimately controlled through The Vesper Family Settlement.

3. The sole ultimate beneficial owner of Mistral for the period relevant to this claim was Dr. Elian Voss. I refer to the Saint Avelin controller declaration CD-302884-2025.

4. On 8 January 2025, I received written authority from Dr. Voss to approve the winter-garden variation up to 2.8 million aurins. Exhibit CV-3 is the corresponding instruction sheet. Contact details and signatures are redacted from the public copy.

5. Mistral's internal mandate required expenditure above two million aurins to be confirmed by the Voss Family Office. Those confirmations were sent by Ms Voss (k.voss@mail.zz).

6. This statement addresses authority to contract. It does not address navigation, crewing or charter operations.
